Not that the rates were created by the pandemic but likely influenced.  

I predict - though it's just my take - that there may be a bit of a standoff, but its more likely the sellers lose some influence to the buyers.

For your first listing, you should be targeting your own sphere of influence -- family, friends, neighbors, or asking your broker to assign you a referral if possible. 

There are many points of view but I think that covid-19 and the recession it causes may not influence the real estate market to the extent it influences other markets.

The risk is that one of the critical groups inside the lender or title co ends up unable to conduct business because too many people are out sick, which is difficult to predict or influence. 

As a sight-unseen buyer, I'm interested in knowing if any particular marketing efforts influenced your decision to buy, e.g. virtual tour, video tour, floor plans, Matterport?
