Would almost have to think it is someone that used to be in the industry to even understand how warehouse funding facilities work etc.  

Emotion and sympathy will not bring long-term success in this industry.

If there are opportunities for collaboration or sharing industry insights, I would be delighted to explore them further.

I've built my network through different industries but real estate is a common theme in our investment strategies.

@Brian Burke and @Chris Seveney are studs in the space, and their advice is spot on.  

Hopefully BP won't take this down because it's not in the right spot.  

As I get vacancies I try my hardest to fill those spots with only Section 8 tenants if I can.

Hello,I am working on getting started with wholesaling and do not mind working with another serious wholesaler of interest.I connected with an agent on Biggerpockets who claimed to be investor-friendly and knew the wholesale strategies but I think I scared them away when I requested a written agreement to get started.I do not understand why people in the wholesale industry like to talk about working together instead of working with a written agreement. 

Just make them nice and median-priced to find the sweet spot in the current market.
