Question: As a rental investor, do you look for large PM firms or individuals?

My firm will do 70% on an investment property as long as its a SFH, Condo, or Townhome.

I firmly believe there's money in any market.

Connect with the host and then set up as many one-on-one coffees as you can—and pay every time!
