Off street parking is typically more important for high end/expensive rentals.

Buying in a high COLA with loss protection is a no-brainer in my book, but only if you expect to relo again.

The overhead to start a company is low, but the cost to scale is high. 

That being said, booking.com had a high occurrence of fraud so we no longer use them.

This would depend on if you used a high interest rate hard money loan for the purchase of the property.
