It’s a way to earn solid returns without the day-to-day work.

Go to one of the REI bibles and get really solid on the basics so that your foundation is solid and you purchase well.  

Since they are responsible for maintaining the relationship with you after the transaction closes, this approach adds an extra layer of confidence and security to your investment.

Make sure your floor is solid and even first.
