If you can stand behind your workmanship and make things right if something is unsatisfactory it builds trust and goodwill.

A gesture of goodwill would be appropriate though if it solves the problem. 

Hi Travis,C neighborhood, maybe go down to Goodwill and get a big area rug and toss that in there and be done with it.It depends on what your close in competing C rentals are offering as to what you need to do.You don't need to have a diamond in a coal mine.
