The largest site is about 1/2 way through building a second phase the size of the first phase.All within 10 miles of the power plant.In Commercial or industrial development, you would need both the track record of success and also the financing.  

It seems we are facing a similar problem; real estate is not just a numbers game, which is contrary to the thinking of most investors.

Gotta have some skin in the game.

I've seen some well-known syndicators brag about having "skin in the game" when the truth is they invest $100,000 in $25 million deal but take home $250,000 or more in fees.

However, rates have since moved upward.A 30-year fixed rate mortgage is once again sitting around 7% interest:The real estate industry hoped 2024 would see a recovery in which mortgage rates fell and home sales climbed.

Nothing wrong with being a bit new - there are options out there for all stages of the game. 

I don't think I need to have that exactly figured out on day 1 of my first rental purchase, I need to get into the game. 

Views, indoor pools, game rooms and proximity to attractions.
