When we were small and essentially self managing our own properties I used to do something different for each person depending on their attitude, the situation, etc.Since we have grown and have employees we had to make standard operating procedure and have to stick to it.

Those are the only facts I will share in this case and anything outside of that would be unprofessional.I can assure you the employees involved in trying to help are good people that were doing their best to try and help solve the problem and didn't have any malicious intent.

.), security cameras, track remote employees (they will steal the cash), cost to install pumps, license fees, hard equipment needed- registers, apps to run the register information, accounting, legal, cases for merchandise, shelves, door hardware, heater or HVAC depending on location...This is a tiny community there won't be a local plumber and electrician... add some cost for time to contact your team and travel will make any repairs more expensive.
