I have a 2-fold question:Currently I have a seller (also an investor, I'm sure) who wants to sell to me about 50 of his properties. 

If no, either fold and go with the big guy or self manage. 

The next PREC meeting is on the 28th, and there you'll find at least a few note investors who would be happy to bring you into the fold and talk your freakin' ear off (they're old and rich and love to chat ;) - most NOTEably (see what I did there?)

They have over speculated 10 fold, they are buying up gold and bitcoins like crazy (they know they are tanking their economy) and censoring what we hear about it.

I would do a better job with a blind fold on and one hand tied behind my back!!!

A folded yellow notepad sheet could read:  "My name is ______________, and I would like to Buy your house at_________________.

Hello Everyone,My interest in real estate is two fold, my retirement is not adequately funded and I want a profession I can do into my eighties.

Start getting lenders investigating title and doing DD on what you're doing and your risk of a DOS goes up 10-fold at least.
