It seems like there are a lot of choices out there so I am looking for anything that can help me navigate making a decision.

It’s a familiar debate, as Californians have faced this choice twice since 2018.Under the 2019 Tenant Protection Act, rent hikes have been capped at 10% per year or lower if inflation rates dictate.

I finally sold the property for $265,000.  

The owner of that parcel paid off just before the foreclosure was finalized and again, the owner had to pay all my attorney fees along with the principle and interest.

You could give them a final notice, a written warning that you are done accepting late payments.

That said, we do monitor the managers, who have final say in all house decisions (for free rent, remember?).
