Good morning BP,Is there a company in Nassau county NY or NYS itself that can handle opening a crawl space to extend a basement?

I learned that a few of our neighbors have extended their backyard property line about 5-8 feet.

I would like to extend a helpful hand to you in any form that I can just for giving me that bit of advice.

Tenant erected a 12 x 12 outdoor extendable living accommodation shed in the backyard without any permission installed permanent tiles, ran wiring in the shed for lighting, fans, for electrical devices and also for air conditioning.

I knew that one bad tenant and/or one extended expensive turnover could ruin that meager cashflow for a year or even two.I think situations like that are better suited for investors with extremely well-paying w2 jobs and/or other forms of income. 

Just plan things out so that you aren't extending yourself.

If we are going to extend funding with no or low cash to close, no monthly payments etc.  

Extended periods of intense work can have negative effects on your productivity, including burnout.

They've been extending for 1-year periods for the past couple years supposedly claiming the same thing about moving.)2.

Those listed on hotpads, zillow, realtor.com are likely close to market rent...no one wants extended vacancies so they price “at market.”
