I think there's a good chance that we will see little movement from the FED to see how the economy reacts to their last cuts and to see how the incumbent president's policies impact the country.

We will have to increase density tremendously to have any sort of chance....but that is a very unpopular option. 

Has there been a third-party appraisal done on the property or has Huntington given you what they estimate the value to be?

Even if it is just a walkaround and not measuring anything; the contractor should be there if you are new to this to give you an estimate.. 

Otherwise, weigh your options with estimated vacancy and remodeling time, but how you may be able to mitigate losses longer-term with the higher rents you'll presumably be able to collect with new tenants.
