In a Ch 7 BK, the borrower gets discharged from allowable debts unless he or she chooses to reaffirm that debt.

So we were able to get discharges on 2 out of 3.  

@Russell Brazil No, the note I was in the middle of buying was discharged by the note holder before the sale of the property took place. 

There are special rules on what debts are and are not dischargeable in bankruptcy.

So those events are exempt from TILA so long as they do not affect the above.Another honorable mention that would come under ATR would be discharged BK loans.  

The crock/pit collects the water and the pump discharges it to an appropriate location (which is not the sewer or septic system).- Among other things, the total length of the loop, the hardness and thickness of the concrete all play into the length of time it takes accomplish the task mentioned.  

Also, the BK will get dismissed or discharged eventually.  

In that sense, it is similar to a BK discharge.  

Maybe she didn't get a "discharge" on some of those accounts in BK?
