After about 3 years of dedication you could look into acquiring a more thriving MFR that will provide great returns for years to come.

It's hard to dedicate the time needed to do so with my first child and work but if it was easy everyone would be doing it.

I have been doing a lot of research the last few months on investing there and now that I am done with school I feel like I can dedicate a lot more time to it and hopefully get a deal done by the end of this year.

To give more info I am in the Delaware-Philadelphia area, I make good money and plan on dedicating 2k a month of my current full time income into this endevear of achieving freedom.
