I’d like to get my daughter involved some day and I’m not taking her to certain neighborhoods if I can avoid it hahaha

I walk the house and asked if we can call her daughter together so we can speak.

This will weigh in heavily on my decision, as he is somewhat invested (Involves work and his daughter).  

I currently stay in a 3bd/2ba Single family home that my grandmother owns that also houses my brother, wife, and daughter who stays downstairs in a master, which we pay as little as 1k a month for. 

I’m not really familiar with that area but would say it’s not in what is the desirable parts of Little Rock and not where I would want my daughter to live.

At first, the tenants in the house were using the apartment for their daughter. 

My wife, daughter and I live in one unit ( 2 bed) and I have tenants occupying the additional unit.

I'm doing something similar with my daughter- almost a gut rehab.
