So, if you end up needing to work on some part of it, add cleanouts to bring it up to code.Its pretty common to have pair of cleanouts somewhere in the main line. 

For example if you told me you wanted a pair of shoes and i the contractor came back with a pair of payless brown velcro shoes i suspect you may not be happy.

However, do we need to consider the currency exchange or are there any other fees we will have to pay from transferring this from Canadian account to American Account?

Gold is better compared with other Money or currencies such as USD.

The first is that the dollar weakening against other currencies makes imports more expensive.

I might add that Germany’s answer to hyperinflation was to introduce a new currency secured by real estate.Even the Chinese, who have seen quite a bit of social unrest in the last 15 years, have primarily contained this behavior to protests and demonstrations.
