I wonder if Realtor dot com is licensed then in all 50 states.. so they can legally take a slice of the commish ?

I am wondering if anyone is aware of any DSCR loans that will finance construction internationally.

I have been seeing Lake Forest and Lake Forest Hills as well as Ribault and Riverview as solid options but was wondering which of those you would recommend the most for cash flow and buy and hold strategies.

I’m wondering if the brrr method is even feasible in the current market?

Anyway I want to flip it and was wondering if anyone knows of a lender that can do it in a week:.. my credit is above 700.
