It did sound too good to be true and I wasn’t confident with the financial responses she provided.

The tenant is responsible for the animals and what they bring in, not you. 

I am putting in place what I determine to be responsible tenants that want to be home owners in the future.   

Yesterday, a woman commented on a couple of my responses as "Scammer" and disliked my posts.  

Not only will this help reduce unexpected costs but tenants often take care of their property better when they are responsible for the repair costs.

It's possible the engineer is agreeing to take on the ENTIRE development process and manage the entire development of the project but that would need to be clearly defined in the roles and responsibilities of the development partnership.

You will generally want to make sure you are compatible and have similar visions, clear responsibilities of what each partner will be doing, and can openly communicate with this person.At a high level, though, what does "finding a partner" mean to you?
