Good Morning AllI am still working on transitioning from an active real estate investor ( SFR portfolio ) to passive investing.I have invested in one MF syndication with Vanamor in California.I flew down and met with the principal and toured the property and a numbe r of comps.Bobby was great and I am hopeful that it will turn out great.Now I have to place more $$ in January and was hoping to get feedback from members on a couple of syndicators.1,Sunrise Capital Investors  (Kevin Bupp ).Mobil Home Park funds.2.

Whether you're aiming to expand significantly or just add a couple more, it's always exciting to consider new opportunities.

I suspect a lot of BP members are to young to have attended MLM presentations but they were precursor to these RE guru's..

Doing this (renting both entire house and single bedroom rental) allows us to be able to tap into 2 separate target audiences and accomodate those singer travelers, couples coming to the area that would normally scroll past our listing due to size/cost. 

With that being said, I probably only deny a couple of requests per year and the vast majority of guests are great!

Do that for a couple of years and then you'll have all the systems and knowledge to start your own firm.

But it won't affect any remaining profit you leave in the 1031.Here's a couple thoughts that you'll need to think about to make a good decision.1.

If possible as others have said, go to a couple of meet-ups in the area you want to invest in.

You'll need to use the property a couple weeks a year since this is primarily a 2nd home as far as the bank is concerned.They may be harder to find right now, but I'm sure you can find someone to do one of these loans.
