I've been studying up on wholesaling over the past few months, and have decided to launch a wholesaling business in Memphis, TN.

Plans are in place to convert one-quarter of the property into public parking for the barbershop, with the remainder potentially being developed as residential space along the lines of townhomes or condominiums over the next 18 to 24 months. _________________________________________________________________________________________________- An opening date is tentatively set for sometime between the next six to eight weeks, pending ongoing city ordinance approvals required during buildout. _________________________________________________________________________________________________- P.S.

._________________________________________________________________________________________________- Here are some recent newcomers to Alabama that include Facebook, Amazon, Shipt, United Launch Alliance and Mazda Toyota, bringing $8.7 billion into the state in new investment and 17,000 new jobs. _________________________________________________________________________________________________- Wal-Mart is building one million square feet of warehouse space in West Mobile County and Amazon is building 400,000 square feet of warehouse space nearby just off Interstate 10.

We just did a soft launch on our Tiny Home Hotel and RV Park in Meeker. 

@Nat ChanIf you can’t split the properties you can look into creating a condominium.

The seller is an elder couple that have multiple units within the condominium, but are looking to start an exist strategy as they are travelling too much to self-manage and want the extra cash. 

Not the cash flow numbers I am shooting for but this property is merely a launch pad for my vacation rental investing, a great lesson in rehabbing yourself, and my very first deal!!!
