Hey Michael,It's very important to do a comprehensive screening on all of your applicants above the age of 18.

In Wisconsin, a service animal is not considered a pet and is protected as a reasonable accommodation for a person with a disability...these are trained and certified animals and completely separate from the nearly unregulated "emotional support" animals.

We vacated the lease 3 months earl to accommodate them. 

I have a shed to remove and it is a good size pile. way more than a truck load would accommodate. 

Don’t modify your requirements/standards to accommodate a potential tenant.

But try and see if you can expand the kitchen and accommodate the apartment grade applainces.

People just seem to be looking for individual accommodations for themselves in November and December.I have heard some pros and cons about renting to military which you will obviously have in Woodbridge.

Wouldn't the leechfield have to be replaced to accommodate a bigger tank too?
