Your cash flow will start to compound in a couple years if all goes well.

That is a recipe for disaster, compounded by the fact that you will be doing all of this from a distance.

I could understand variance with even +/- 10%, but 22% seems malicious to me.My agent said I can either bow out and try to fight for my earnest deposit or try to lobby for a reassessment but some internet research tells me that sellers usually tell buyers to f-- off.

The company match only applies to new contributions, so it does not compound, it's a nice boost but it's not really a 25% return.

So total invested $200,000 total return on investment at 5 year mark is 16.48% compounded annual interest.

Make sure the wall isn't too far out of plane (i.e. bowed in the middle).

In some instances I've experieneced new flooring having a bow in it straight out of the box.

He doesn't differentiate between average and compound returns.
