Contracts consummated under fraudulent circumstances can be rescinded and deemed NULL and VOID in certain situations.This is not legal advice however and you need to at least consult legal counsel for a few hundred to see where you stand with things.

NG will pay for a portion to all your school as well.We could really go down a rabbit hole here, but since this is a real-estate site not a military site I will try to keep this short.If you are in a non-combat arms MOS and you forsee limited risk of future mobilizations because of war fatigue from politicians and the American public, then you are probably OK going that route.If you are in a combat arms MOS I personally don't think the reserves is the way to go, especially when you are just starting out.

They are much more conservative than they once were and part of that is that quite a few of them lost their licenses, got reprimanded or went to jail over fraudulent appraisals that were done before the crash in '08.

If they said it was just the fact that I sent it, I'd absolutely cooperate but make it clear that if they believed it to be fraudulent they should have instead opened a formal investigation into the matter.

When/if you deploy to a combat zone or other hazardous duty assignment area where your military income is tax free, that presents an excellent opportunity to convert any nonRoth retirement saving to Roth during a year that you have lower income and are thereby in a lower tax bracket.
