You can easily determine neighborhoods by the tyical price point and for you as an OOS investor it does not matter so much whoch side of town you are on.People tend to have rose colored glasses when it comes to neighborhoods.

Well the excel file layout and color coding didn't come through.

It's exactly the same now for function and just has updated colors and styles. 

Then I moved to letters with colorful envelopes from Yellowletterhq.com.

I don't charge for paint (unless they painted the room some dark color that makes me do additional coats of paint). 

Laser level comes with either red or green color.

You have several choices: pay to have someone haul it and compost; build a wire cage about 4' tall to place grass clippings and dry not colored newsprint to allow to compost; ignore and see if you get fined...

We have had requests to replace doors in the past and the response is usually, we don't have the money for cosmetic upgrades but youre welcome to replace it yourself if you match the style and color.
