If you have 100k, and your credit is 700+ then you're ready tool wise. 

People are now engaging AI tools to ask questions and expect a response in a natural conversation format than go through a myriad of links.

They have a PM locator tool that will help you locate PM's in your target area.

Maybe we are competitors, but would be interesting to see how, if at all, we might work together/collaborate.
