I've found Notary Cam and Notarize.

Can/should I tell my buyer's agent to show me homes electronically (i.e. via Skype or phone video cam)?

., Nest Thermostat (buy the cheaper one, it works the same for what we do, lock out, temp swings, etc), Nest Cam's (just installed), Google WIFI mesh routers, and Google Home entertainment.

Things like a door jamb or an open doorway into an adjacent room cam be distracting.Every room should be shot in LANDSCAPE orientation (wide, not tall).  

Never opened up the motor to do head work, cams or to build the bottom end of it.I was young and dumb.
