I've underestimated the benefits from having multiple broker-agent connections, so I figured I'd post it here and see what I can find. 

You will find many many resources here and a community of like minded folks willing to help you out in just about any way you can think of.I am on the lending side of things and am a broker. 

Sometimes the best plans are the ones we adjust along the way.If you're ever in the Phoenix, Chicago or Austin area, I've got some connections with knowledgeable brokers and other investors who've been through the dust and come out on top.

If that is the case, the broker should be responsible.

I personally go out of my way to be easily found, particularly by brokers.

Now, every 1% origination moves the needle by 20-35 bps, depending on the lender.Usually, the only folks paying extra points in this market are deals where cash flow is an issue and they need to buy down the rate for more LTV.I've brokered 300 DSCR loans, and the rates you mentioned are no way real unless you're talking very reduced leverage (50% or so LTV).

Make sure that the corresponding lender or broker you are working with has a loan servicing company that is non-reporting.

You could pay a broker to do a Broker Price Opinion, but that may not help you much.
