If you really want to reach you goal as a practicing architect, this is the business style/model you will have to take to succeed....or find a billionaire who can fund you and let you completely take over.

Now, he was ruthless and a slumlord but his concept was sound, hence a billionaire.  

You don't want to go through all the work and have a deal under contract then have your buddy say he just put 20k into bitcoin and the deal will have to wait... 2) most banks allow you to set up a separate savings account right from your phone (chase, wells fargo, BoA).

the guy who speaks claims he is a million billion air whatever, all he talks about is BS tax write off's (his suit is considered a tax write off because it has his initials in it and it's considered a uniform) other than that I really haven't gotten any other valuable information from the class, and that really isn't even valuable information either because you still need to pay for it in the first place!

However, I'm a dinosaur; LOL, set in my ways as 24 year olds start companies and become billionaires, so I'm most likely just out of touch with the 21st century!

If I knew the exact answer to this question I'd probably be a billionaire. 

An experience veteran who can raise the 5M, but wants to inspect and know his *** from a hole in the wall, and an overnight bitcoin millionaire with 0 REI background but he'll pay 5.5M cash right now to lock up the deal.
