If you have been delayed do not hope you will get back on track start planning your response and face the consequences that the delay will cause.

What challenges do you face in Spain?

Yes, when you exit real estate, you can face a big tax bill.  

Check your local meet ups face book groups, and REIA groups. 

I have no idea how it will go, but I know with 100% certainty that I wouldn't have the courage to do that today if I hadn't taken the plunge.Talk to me in a year or so and I'll tell you if it all blew up in my face :)

While the property does require renovation, its location just a block from the new baseball stadium adds significant value and potential.Our challenge, and the reason we’re seeking advice or considering a sale, is that we are facing some hurdles.
