If there are communication or project update standards in the legal docs and they are not meeting those, you may have some room.

We got an update today on water.  3 plants serve Asheville, they're working on all 3, South Asheville has water, the other two that serve the remainder (downtown included) will take longer.  

Since you are buying a newer cabin you will not have to worry about this as much.My strategy is buying cabins in great locations that need major updates and completing the majority of the work myself.  

Having  more flexible cancellation policies, having good reviews, offering discounts, updating listings periodically, not cancelling on people, etc

Recommend:1) You learn from this and update your form/contract to address it.2) Change the word "deposit" to "fee".

Posting an update here in case anyone is following or is curious on how this plays out.I received an investor update from the sponsor a day or two after initiating this thread.

In the case of housing: we have ample demand (and more on the sidelines waiting to jump in once rates tick down) and not enough supply.
