We got an update today on water.  3 plants serve Asheville, they're working on all 3, South Asheville has water, the other two that serve the remainder (downtown included) will take longer.

Since you are buying a newer cabin you will not have to worry about this as much.My strategy is buying cabins in great locations that need major updates and completing the majority of the work myself.
