-Do you ever see properties that have the potential for Air bnb?

I've attempted to bleed air out of the pipe by using the spigot located on the return pipe for that zone right at the boiler.

I was wondering if anyone here had a rental, vacation home,air bnb, etc for rent?

I used to discount the Airbnb, but I just make it the same and if I get a listing on air then great if not not big loss.As far as maintaining a other site it is just a bunch of copying and pasting and uploading same pictures.I find the air site and app a little more cumbersome to navigate and find things but I would recommend using it to pick up a few more listings.

I don't fire a gun into the air.

Last year i had two full turns at one of my buildings and had to replace an air conditioner.

I want to do Drone videos of our subdivisions I really like photos from the air.. plus links to google earth etc.. 

I have a buy and hold deal in Charlotte NC  3/2 has heating and air roof 5yr old price 150.000 should get 900-1000 for rent 

It also helps with the more obscure issues of "the old landlord let me pay on the 10th with late fees" or "I handle snow care (on my SFD) for a $50/mo reductions" or "so and so always provided window air conditioners in the summer".

Peterson and Schriever Air Force Bases are both nearby, as well as the Air Force Academy.
