I would agree that RE prof status is hard to achieve with a limited number of properties.

I paid for 10k program and paying 97.00 per month for addl info needed to be more successful.

You snowball plan has a very high success rate.

If you purchase a rent ready RE investment this could be 0%, but at the opposite extreme a good brrrr can produce the now elusive infinite return (I have achieved this on most of my RE investments but believe it is very challenging in the current market to bp not be cash negative after the refi to extract the added value.I expect to make an offer this week.

We've had some success recovering money owed, and we've seen it on credit reports.Recently a former tenant attempted to co-sign for another prospective tenant.

The tenant has proof that the rent payment went through successfully and was processed.

Most times when people look into it, they decide to just eat their mistake because lawyers usually want a big retainer and legal fees add up quickly with no guarantee of success.
