I have no direct experience with them and want to stress that my questions about them are merely based on personal opinion/curiosity (I am not making any statements about them)But they strike me as using 'aggressive sales tactics' and they don't appear to be (as far as I can tell based on their website) regulated, licensed or registered in any way, which, if I understand correctly, means no accountability to anyone for anything.

The idea is that if you hold the stock long enough, the accrued dividends to the shareholder will produce a yield that will be strong, regardless of the performance of the underlying stock price.

My curiosity is piqued.

And... per Bill's request I have placed all estimated equity accrued in the making of this post on the shelf in my garage next to the weed wacker and agree not to retrieve said equity until 12 months following the date such equity was placed there.

I know he is fairly conservative and wise, so I think my chances of losing money are about 0%, my chances of accruing about a 100% return is about 75% likely, and the chances of getting a 150% return is about 50/50.

In this case, it may have been worth it to stick it out and see what came of the long-anticipated inspection, just out of curiosity because it wouldn't cost you anything.

As for the costs of the delay, does interest start accruing when "the funds are wired to the closing agent at your request" or "when the funds are delivered to the seller"?
