Consider cities in the Midwest or South where property prices are more affordable and rental yields are higher.Networking: Attend real estate investment seminars, join local real estate investment groups, and network with other investors to learn from their experiences and potentially find an out-of-state partner or agent.Partnering: Finding a local partner or agent in an out-of-state market can be beneficial.

While I agree that the tenant who shot a hole in your floor should be responsible for the damages, if I was the tenant below, I would want to leave, not attend a party with the person who literally could have killed me due to their incredible gross negligence.Pending legal restrictions, this would be the end of my wanting the business of the upstairs tenant.

Even if I hadn't attended a single event, I would have had a great time, just hanging out at the two hotels.

I'm not sure if this is where to do this or not, but thought it was worth a shot.I would really like to attend BPcon in October to start networking.

I think my wife and I would attend.

Plus, there’s lots of fun to be had outside of the education, and we have 3 events planned for everyone to attend while on-site!
