I installed an ikea kitchen myself, installed the trim, bathroom fixtures and painted.

There are four of us working on the project and often two people will buy the hinges we need, or the trim paint...or no one buys it because we thought someone else was.Does anyone know of a good app that would allow us to communicate with each other, regarding current progress, things that still need to be completed or items needed to complete a task?

The projects ranged from floor repairs, paint, fencing, exterior repairs, cabinet painting, deck construction, and trim work,Being the lazy landlord that I am I decided to farm out 90% of this work . 

His friend does not help with lawncare, has had an unauthorized pet on the premises, and has painted a room (causing damage to the floors and trim) which also violated the lease agreement.

Track everything and that will help your work grow if you review it weekly or monthly and seeing what you need to trim brown and lessen your expenses and business grow.  

If you had carpet there the height of the Ditra (less than 1/16") plus the tile will more than likely equal the height of the carpet (or less) so no trim needed in most cases.

My contractor placed his bid to do all aspects of the renovation and then I did things like you mentioned, painting, help with clean up, hauled away trash to trim some of the costs.

I can do the patch and trim work inside myself. 

They are probably not professional painters, and they might slop it around the trim, floor, doors, windows, ceiling, etc.
