Use this as a bargaining tool, Offer less because its not trashed out and then hire some teenagers or hired labor from outside of your local Home Depot to clean it all out for $200

It really gives a professional look to have an email like [email protected] rather than our teenage yahoo accounts, LOL.

One element I've been bothered by is when teenagers post questions on BP.

So I think it's reasonable that over a year a teenager could work 12 hours a week at $10 an hour doing...office work.

Does either tennant have a teenage or adult child?

The tenant is a single Mom with 3 teenage/preteen age daughters so there is obviously a lot of bathroom use, but nothing that seems to be negligent or outside what it should be.There is a hallway with 2 bedrooms coming off of the right hand side and the 2 baths behind the left wall with the master bedroom at the end of the hallway.

LOL  Of course with a wife and two teenage daughters, that means multiple cars as well. 

Any parent who has lived through teenagers knows the potential for crazy during that time period, reckless or rebellious activities you would never expect from your previously loving, responsible child.

His teenage daughter was full goth, leather studded collar, black nail polish, the whole thing.
