Why hire two different project managers to supervise?

Once you become licensed, all your real estate activites are subject to both your brokers supervision, as well as the supervision of your state real estate commission or department of licensure.  

Once licensed, all your real estate activities, not just your sales, will be subject to both your brokers supervision as well as the oversight of your state real estate commission/Dept of licensure.

In my case, I do BRRRs, I've hired my own crew of guys I supervise directly. 

No one will give you a gc that is affordable and if you try to nickel and dime that it wont work well as you aren't around to supervise and yo nwill be taken advantage of. 

Does anyone have leads on someone who does decent work and doesn't require too much supervision who isn't booked up for the next three months?

I was wondering, what is the best thing he can teach me or something that I can learn under his supervision?

In others, the agents are truly independent contractors and left to their own devices with usually some senior agent or office manager directed to provide "supervision."  

Can anyone recommend a licensed contractor to renovate and upgrade the space at a flat agreed upon rate without my supervision in the Detroit area? 

Anyone working on something they need constant supervision and hands on management?
