You can use the following to find motivated sellers - Direct Mail, PPC, Facebook, SEO, Cold Calling, SMS Blast, RVM Blast, etc.Direct Mail and PPC can be expensive but you can get some good deals.Facebook can be hit and miss depending on your area.Cold Calling, SMS Blast, RVM are inexpensive and can be effective for someone with a limited budget to get started with.SEO is more long term strategy than some of the other but can be very effective in the long term.
