You can use the following to find motivated sellers - Direct Mail, PPC, Facebook, SEO, Cold Calling, SMS Blast, RVM Blast, etc.Direct Mail and PPC can be expensive but you can get some good deals.Facebook can be hit and miss depending on your area.Cold Calling, SMS Blast, RVM are inexpensive and can be effective for someone with a limited budget to get started with.SEO is more long term strategy than some of the other but can be very effective in the long term.

As a wholesaler you gotta bring a real deal to the table not a house that already exists on a network that everybody looks at..MLS Wholesalers that do what you do have absolutely no credibility in the industry and they don't survive.Stick to driving for dollars, SEO, probate...etc...

Just curious.I have been busy with my own property projects, real estate seo and home sales trying to find just the right property.

Perhaps the money is better spent on your website developing good SEO and pay per click leads.

What you will need off the back is an website which if you don't have that then you will have a hard time automating the process.Next you will need an auto responder, seo, video marketing, online presence, blogging and a management tool.

It's almost as if they FAIL to realize that all the links leading from our blogs will help them in SEO and Searches...

Just know that it will come down to social media, seo, blogging and video marketing.
