I'm fairly certain that if you phrase the question in a way that allows for a more quantifiable answer, you should easily be able to find the data you need to determine if the trend actually exists.Sorry to be so analytical about this, but I have a major pet peeve with people thinking their daily observations necessarily correlate to what's going on at a much bigger level.

Then it's a matter of finding a deal, partnering with a lender, and executing the project.I would rather borrow $100k for a fix and flip and have a quantifiable ROI in a reasonable amount of time, instead of an abstract ROI built on the premise of making you a more "rounded individual".Just my two cents.

Generally speaking, I think it's a better call to follow the quantifiable metrics.If one of the tenants makes a fair housing claim and you can clearly show there was another applicant who was objectively superior, the claim will end abruptly.
