Hi BP community, looking to see if anyone has some experience with STR's in Front Royal Virginia.

I would not say that I am wealthy , but with the disposable income I do have, I made 100k shorting the cruise lines , specifically Royal Caribbean  .

If they have been a pain i would try to stick to the lease and get them to comply, but that can be a royal pain... 

For example, Home A in Front Royal has 4 br/ 3 ba with an average nightly rate of $409 and average occupancy rate of 61%, while Home B in Front Royal has 4 br/ 4 ba with average rates of $269 at 74%.

A non-stop flight to Marrakech from Washington Dulles will open by the end of the year on Royal Air Maroc which will open up the market even more.  

@Christian Hutchinson, I totally see that, I will tell you that could happen in Royal Oak as well (but I'm sure not the same frequency), I've been thru what you're describing as well, the good news is that the landlord is in total control, 2 key things: strict rules and make your house very nice, so you won't have cheap pricing, all the shady characters that used to inquiry about my house don't even bother anymore, they get scared by my strict rules, they're looking for the newbie host that has no rules. 

Never fool with sewage treatment plants and parks on their own well are soon going to be a royal pain with new EPA water testing regs coming out.  

One of the areas is Royal oak, but Royal oak township is the targeted area.

Most of what I see that usually comes available is in Front Royal.
