I'm working some weird overnight hours next week, so meeting up in the afternoon would work best for me.

Got into and altercation with his girlfriend in July during which she claimed he pulled a gun on her and he was taken to city lock up over night.

Nothing great happens overnight.

I am also worried that the one month sec deposit won't cover any lost rent or potential damages if she moves on overnight.
