In a year I'd probably be flipping another house (assuming the first went well).Wholesaling - I imagine the risk is low or moderate, but quite a hassle.

I wouldn't get involved in the flip market unless you have at least moderate construction experience....you will be paying a big price to a Contractor to do the work, and then 'poof' there go your profits....If you want to flip, you should have extra money laying around....IMO

You have more alcohol consumption by people vacationing, which leads to noise and poor judgement.

Set up a section for non-related real estate discussions that is not moderated with the exception of serious flames, for personal, politics, religion, music and whatever.
