And I'm sure they paid the haz mat level disposal fees too!  

Engineered is a lot cheaper up front, but the real stuff can be re-finished a dozen times and can last decades.Provide nice-quality welcome mats at each door, and floor mats inside each door.  

So, strap on a pair of brass ones and get your tail end out there! 

Long story short, I'm cash strapped and don't have the resources to have the work done so I've been stuck  for the last few months just trying to keep up with the mortgage with no extra cash to have the necessary work done to be able to rent the units out and start bringing in income.

I tend to have the 2 year less than the 1 year and the m-to-m at $300.

We have someone that usually would take these deals but is strapped for cash because of a huge deal he is in the middle of and we would like to take these for some quick cash.

I plan to attend Mat Piche's KWC meetup group but don't know about any others.Following this thread!

@Dmitriy Fomichenko Thank you so much for the post and the welcome mat you laid out for me. :) I appreciate the information you have shared with me and I will definitely take full advantage the links.    

However, if you're strapped for cash, start small until you get a deal then re-budget for a consistent 6 month marketing plan. 

I have 9 total units at this time but I'm cash strapped so looking at alternatives to releave that problem.
