I have been told repeatedly to use Nevada corporate headquarters, and the name Pensco comes up often for investment IRAs.Has anybody out there used either of these companies?

Hi BP members,I enjoyed a long ,successful, high paying career in the  Fashion business, but  recently found myself on the wrong end of a corporate restructure.  

Real estate investing 101.Hard money lenders usually lend 65-75% of the project cost, charge 12-14% and 2 points for origination. 12% fees is a huge red flag, the only you'll get from "Midwest Corporate Credit" is an ulcer from the stress of losing $7,200.Raising $60,000 isn't too difficult, if you talk with friends and family and maybe a real estate attorney or two you should be able to raise it.

I'm looking for some direction on who to consult for the following topics:1- What type of corporation is recommended when one of the partners is a non-US resident?

If y'all have any financial condition positively doing well you might want to protect yourself from others from others who get upset with you you might ought to form some kind of corporation or a LLC.  

I'm looking for book recommendations that explain how to manage the day-to-day requirements of operating the corporations.

My fiance and I are trying to plan out our future and we both work corporate job that we get by with but we need to make a change to live the life we really want to live.  

Fifteen year lease with annual rent increases and lease backed by corporate.

Just look and see who owns the largest parks, it's the people that have been in the game since day one or Corporate America. 

@Emily Reynolds - If the investor is an equity partner in the corporation and you are managing everything than 50/50 is the norm...now I say norm not knowing where you're investing.
