I know there's CAD programs and so forth but on smaller projects ($50-$60k in rehab) are REI people hiring interior designers? 

Should there be insulation if the new drywalls are going to be interior walls?

David Faulkner when I'm doing a Reno I periodically check in with an interior designer to tie together the finishes.

The multi door padsplit operators have alot of home automation they remote control and monitor including cameras on the front door (not interior), remote managed bedroom door locks, front door lock etc etc.I won't get into either rent by the room or airbnb! 

Try and create a kinda protected, intimate setting for possible family or close friend or really studious students or hospital interns.
