It could be found in any market.

My project is not on the beach, but would be interested to know if there were other plots you found on the beach that we could move our project to.  

I found a local investing group to join so that I can learn aside from this platform.

*I USED to own properties in San Mateo Co CA (Silicon Valley)and found that the Building/planning dept was so malfeasant and next to impossible to work with that I sold my properties AFTER I spent YEARS trying to 1st get plans approved,** then completing the work.

I looked in thrift stores and on FB Marketplace for my house, but found poor selection, and none of it fit in with the decor I was going for.

Some sponsors tried to mitigate the risk with interest rate caps but these can't handle unlimited rate rises, and some found that their strategy blew up on them. 

I wanted to ask if anyone who was originally an investor from CA moved to other landlord friendly states like NV, AZ, TX and found their market and how that has been.
