I suppose, in an area, you could run through mortality tables, accident stats, divorce stats, arrest stats, law suits by population, etc. but really, it's not worth the brain damage.

This gives the foundation repair company a step ahead for whoever buys the home...lol. they should arrest me for lying then.

They may have frozen his assets but not "arrested" him to my knowledge.

When I confronted him he took off running and I chased him and eventually tackled him and called the police who came and arrested him for stealing a satellite radio.

About the only way to evict them quickly would be if the tenant gets arrested for a drug or violent crime on the property.

I start talking to the neighbors, and they say that the police and a news van were at the house about a month ago, and that some people got arrested.

IE - if the owner of Joe's Pizza Shop rapes a young girl and it is on the front page of the paper, I can go to yelp, look up Joe's Pizza Shop, and put a review that reads "Looks like joe the owner just got arrested for rape, I don't think my girls will be ordering a pie anytime soon."

When the cops come to break down a door to arrest someone, they don’t replace your door, the prop it back up and leave house with all the valuables that they have taken pictures of (this is not the rule but trust me when I say it happens a lot).
