Like don’t work as a waiter to make a few bucks in the years to come, make the decision to work for a carpenter or electrician as a helper.

Therefore you will need to get a electrician out to reinstall a new cooktop (at min call out fee).

I have roofers, tile guys, electricians, etc I can field quotes from.  

Demolition entrance porch and bathroom ( including block supporting structure (steps will remain on (do not demo)) - replace with wood to support structure and if absolutely necessary use block if needed but minimize cost here as well.Construct gable roof structure to replace bathroom and porch to meet minimum size requirements for bathroom - adjust the entrance way to bathroom only to minimum requirementsRoof must be metalAll new electrical and plumbing beneath ( I have an electrician who I have contracted to do teh whole unit)Provide the bare minimum cost kitchen counter and cabinets including sink if needed.

So I have 2 groups of general contractors (each has around 3-4 daily workers), 2 roofing companies (both very reasonably priced and will ALWAYS return my call), an electrician, an HVAC tech, a painter, and a landscaper/masonry guy who I consistently work with.

As always, check your a local and licensed electrician.

Through my original broker I was able to get solid referrals for maintenance, handymen, electricians, plumbers, lenders, and so on.   

I've had a few electricians diagnose the issue and have come to the resolution that I need a majority of the breakers replaced.
