There is a building not in use, but is there plumbing and electric?

Where I live the requirements are essentially 2 exits, ny state energy code for insulation (R21 or better) and it must be able to stay above 68 in the winter.

You need to make sure there is room on the electrical panel to add larger appliances and also plumbing is easily accessible (to keep costs down). 

I would rather have Remax manage my property and concentrate my energy on finding my next deal.

The question is do you want to spend the time energy and money to find something that you think can do better?

Data center development companies, in general, will build their own energy infrastructure with transmission (not distribution) infrastructure. 

Focus on refining your processes so things run smoother with little thought or energy.

Does it include plumbing and electrical? 

Whether it is the trained and licensed professional in real estate, inspection services, septic, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc..... we need them so organize them in your target area and jump in...  

Currently I have 2 accouts in my name at my current address's I have the property management meter gas & electric which is the main meter for the priority & my own which is my apartment.Ask me how I had 2 accounts at the same address?
