I am not sure when they were last replaced, but I have 4 windows each ~94in long and ~34in tall.My tenant found mold growing near the window tracks and interior caulking as well as condensation along the edges of the window.

Our first check is our county's criminal and civil records and our state's unified records system.If you're going to be local, there's very little comparison between being able to look at the actual court documents versus getting some kind of condensed report.We also very carefully check social media.

There is condensation, not sure why you have a pump unless you don't have a gravity drain for condensation off the compressor or coil in the air handler.

Negotiate a win win equity structure for all parties involve, giving us the answer if this is a investment worth doing.Currant water and sewer set up is for Wells and Septic Tanks, but there are main roads to access direct from properties.I tried to keep this as simple, condensed, and informative at the same point for some BP Feedback/Advise/Interest.Thanks in advance for any help with this

Here is the horror of this:We were set to close 11/20/2018 (45-days from contract)...the appraiser came out around a week prior to walk-thru the unoccupied unit to get things moving...good deal...it passes with flying colors and he moves to the outside…no mention of any issues and he gets comps in order…the contract price is good based on comps, so we just need to walk through the occupied unit then we’re clear to close..He gets to the occupied unit...and he notices a small bit of water on the basement floor near the furnace (Image attached)...maybe the condensate line is dripping a bit, no big deal, we’ve already agreed to a $3,000 post inspection concession for repairs, so the buyers can fix this...the next day the lender decides there is peeling paint around some of the windows...three days prior to close...not in the appraisers report!...
